Shipping Policy
SK Services serves wholesale and retail customers and may accept enquiries for delivery to the United States. Actual destinations, carriers, shipping rates, and delivery timelines must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment authorization and stock confirmation. Processing time can vary by product and order size. Wholesale or made-to-order orders may require additional preparation time; the estimated timeline will be provided when the order is confirmed.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates
Shipping fees, carrier, tracking availability, and estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout or confirmed in writing before payment where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, holidays, or other events outside our control.
International shipping and customs
For shipments from India to the United States, the buyer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges unless the order expressly states otherwise. Customs clearance can add time. We will not describe an order as duty-paid unless that arrangement has been confirmed.
Tracking and delivery details
Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details after dispatch. Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. Additional charges or delays may result from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or requests to redirect a shipment.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Split shipments and wholesale orders
Large orders may ship in multiple packages or consignments if agreed in advance. Any separate shipping charges and expected dispatch dates will be confirmed with the customer.
